Isle of Wight Collections & Deliveries

"Click and Collect" 

Place your order and proceed to the checkout. Select Click 'n' Collect option in the drop down delivery menu, complete the payment process and we will send an email when your order is ready for collection (please allow 24 - 48 hours). Although orders can be collected Sundays and bank holidays, we don't usually process them at weekends or bank holidays. 

We will keep your order for 4 weeks and if not collected by then, we will refund you, less a £1 charge for originally picking the order and replacing items back into stock. We do not refund ribbon, or cellophane that has been cut.

You can collect your order from 1 Grange Avenue, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 3LS between 9.am - 7.pm Monday - Saturday and 10am - 7pm Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received confirmation from us that it is ready.

"Click and Deliver" Isle of Wight Deliveries

We deliver Tuesday & Wednesday  evenings between 5.00pm - 9.30pm, for just £1.50, (No minimum order). 
Place your order, proceed to checkout and select "Click and Deliver" from the drop down delivery menu. Complete the payment process and we will send a confirmation email on the day of delivery. Please order at least 24 hours before your day for delivery or we can't guarantee delivery that week.

Areas for Tuesday Delivery: 
Apse Heath, Arreton, Bembridge, Brading, Chale, Godshill, Lake, Newchurch, Niton, Ryde (Ashey, Emfield, Haylands, Oakfield, Town Centre), Sandown​​, Seaview, Shanklin, St Helens, Ventnor, Whitwell, Wroxall.

Areas for Wednesday Delivery:
Binstead, Brighstone, Colwell, Cowes, East Cowes, Freshwater, Gunville, Gurnard, Newport, Northwood, Porchfield,  Rookley, Whippingham, Wootton, Yarmouth.
